"Way easier than I expected"
The procedure was easier, way easier, than I thought it would be. The staff checked on me a lot, which really helped me feel calm. The numbing part was the only real pinch, and after that I was comfortable most of the time...
"I started going to Bosley's mostly because it’s..."
I started going to Bosley's mostly because it’s just so easy for me to get to. It’s close by, and every time I’ve stopped in, parking has been painless, which makes a big difference when I’m just trying to grab something quick.
I usually swing by after work or on a weekend, and it never feels like I’m turning a simple pet supply run into some big outing. I can get in, find what I need, and head home without much fuss, which is probably why it’s become my go-to spot.

"I knew going into Bosley that the procedure..."
I knew going into Bosley that the procedure wasn’t going to be quick, but wow, I didn’t realize it would take that many hours. The staff was friendly and everything, so it wasn’t a bad environment, but the whole day just felt like it kept stretching on and on. I was sitting there like, wait, how much longer is this supposed to be??
I really wish they had been more upfront about the timing, what breaks would look like, and how long I should actually plan to be there. By the end, I was exhausted and just ready to go home. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but the length of it made it way more frustrating than I expected.

"Financing made the process more frustrating than it needed to be"
The service itself was fine, but the financing part was way more annoying than I expected. I figured the options would be laid out clearly from the start, but instead it felt like I had to get further into the process before really understanding the payments and terms. It’s one of those things that should be simple, but somehow got made complicated. It just added stress to what should’ve been a straightforward experience

"Rude Service and Confusing Answers"
I didn’t have a great experience here. The staff came across as rude and seemed like they were rushing me the whole time, which felt unprofessional. What made it even more frustrating was that I kept getting different answers depending on who I asked, so I left more confused than when I came in.

"Not really what I was hoping for"
I ordered this once and, while the ordering process was simple enough, the product itself felt cheap. It didn’t hold up for long, which was disappointing. I wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Decent experience, but I had to wait"
I had to wait longer than I expected, which was annoying since I had other things to do. Once I finally got in, the staff were nice and made the experience better, so overall it wasn’t bad

"Got my treatment done, the aftercare was the…"
Got my treatment done, the aftercare was the part that really stood out. Once I got home, I had a few random questions about washing and what was normal, and the team got back to me super quick. They never made me feel dumb for asking basic stuff, which I really appreciated. The check-ins were clutch too because healing can feel a bit stressful at first. It was just nice knowing someone had my back if I needed anything. Overall, solid experience

"I had a consultation with Bosley…"
I had a consultation with Bosley and it went well overall. The person I spoke with spent maybe 30 minutes or so walking me through the different options and answering my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed. I would’ve liked a little more detail on pricing upfront, even just a rough ballpark, but the conversation was helpful and didn’t feel overly salesy.

"The appointment itself went fine, no real..."
The appointment itself went fine, no real issues there. But the recovery afterward was a lot more than I was expecting. I was told it would be quick, so I thought it’d be more like... I don’t know, maybe a day or two? Instead I was sore and swollen for several days and didn’t feel like myself for over a week. I had to shuffle some work stuff around, which was frustrating. The results may end up being fine, but the downtime was definitely the part I wasn’t prepared for.

"I used Bosley for medication management..."
I used Bosley for medication management, it was a mixed experience for me. I wouldn’t say it was bad, but it didn’t really leave me feeling super cared for either.
The doctor did explain the basics, and the refill process went through without any major problems, which I appreciated. But the replies were slow at times, and having to ask twice about side effects was frustrating and made me feel a little brushed off.
Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth or reassuring as I expected. If you already know exactly what you need, it might work fine, but I really wish there had been more follow-up and a bit more warmth in the communication

"Pretty okay checkup"
Health screening was fine. Quick though. Some parts felt rushed. Had to ask twice about one result, which was a bit annoying.

"Overall, booking was okay, but it…"
Overall, booking was okay, but it wasn’t exactly seamless. I did get an appointment, which was the main thing, but the time changed once and I ended up calling just to make sure everything was still set. To me, that felt like something that could’ve been communicated a bit more clearly. That said, the staff I spoke with were polite and helpful, so it wasn’t a bad experience—just a little more effort than I expected.

"I’ll be honest, the procedure day felt..."
I’ll be honest, the procedure day felt unorganized because there was a lot of waiting around, nobody really explained the timing clearly, and at a few points it seemed like the staff weren’t totally sure what was happening next, so I just sat there feeling kind of confused and unsure when things were actually going to start...

"Not terrible, but I expected more"
I gave Bosley's a shot after seeing a bunch of reviews and was hopeful at first. Like, I wasn’t expecting some overnight miracle, but for the price I thought I’d see a bit more going on. After a few months, there was maybe a small change, but it was so slow that most days I couldn’t even tell if it was actually working or if I was just trying to convince myself it was. Customer service was fine, I guess, nobody was rude and everything was handled okay, but I still felt let down overall. Maybe it works great for some people, and good for them, but for me it was kind of disappointing...
"I had to poke around a bit to…"
I had to poke around a bit to figure things out, and even then the fees still felt kind of unclear to me. I’m fairly sure I got the general idea, but it would’ve been better if everything was laid out more plainly.

"Easy site and no weird surprises"
I’m always a little nervous ordering online because I don’t want to get fooled by some confusing checkout or hidden catch, but Bosleys.com was easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, and checking out was smooth with no hassle. I’d definitely use the site again.

"Clean clinic and a comfortable visit"
I’m someone who usually checks what other people say before going to a clinic, and I can see why this place gets decent feedback. When I walked in, everything looked really clean—the waiting area was tidy, the chairs and floors were in good shape, and the exam room felt fresh, which helped me relax a bit.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the bathroom could’ve used a quick once-over, but it wasn’t anything major. Overall, it felt clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I’d be curious if others had the same impression, but my visit was good
"The prep instructions had me completely confused and..."
The prep instructions had me completely confused and I felt like everything was rushed. I was getting irritated about it, but once I asked a few questions and someone walked me through it, my mood changed fast. It ended up being less stressful than I expected.

"The privacy policy was a dealbreaker"
I was just about ready to sign up, and then I made the mistake of checking the privacy policy. the timing couldn’t have been worse because I needed to get this sorted quickly, but reading all the stuff about sharing and tracking really put me off. It felt like too much for me, so I decided not to use them.
